The villa is decorated with over 100 paintings of his art and has a minimalistic art deco design This is a brand new house that finished construction in July 2022.

The villa is located in "El Cielo" in the exclusive Diamond Zone of Playa del Carmen. It's located just in front of the trending neighborhood Ciudad Mayakoba. The house is very close to the main highway. From there you have easy access to the Vans to go to Tulum, downtown playa, or Cancun. Its located in the north part of the city with quicker access to the airport or Cancun than places located in downtown. The house is located within walking distance (about 1 mile) from several beach clubs and the famous public beach Xcalacoco.

The house is very accommodating for a single-family as well as a large group. It can accommodate more than 16 people with enough privacy, each bedroom has its own bathroom.

The host had great communication, they did a grocery shop for us so that we had food upon arrival . We were a group of 19 , 10 adults and 9 kids and the place was spacious.It was a little dated but nothing major , there is no oven only gas stove top but we made it work , could use a new bbq . Overall it was a good stay and the host was great .
