Quiet and comfortable 3-bedroom villa a few meters from a sandy beach. Playacar is an exclusive tourist complex, very safe and quiet, with a golf course, aviary, restaurants, convenience stores, access to the beach, a small archaeological zone and a beautiful natural environment.
A 10-minute walk from Fifth Avenue in the centre of Playa del Carmen, full of shops, restaurants and vibrant nightlife.
5 minutes from parks like Xcaret, Xplor and easy exit to the Riviera.
55 minutes from Cancun
