The staff was very attentive during our arrival and with everything we needed for our stay. The studio was very clean, we were very happy to have our own coffee machine and a toaster in the studio and we also loved the decoration. I stayed at the property for 10 days and would definitely return. The room was clean and large with all of the amenities that I needed. The AC kept the room cool and was quiet. The property mgmt supplied me with all of the required info before I got to the property and I had no issues getting into my room. There were plenty of good restaurants close by and a large grocery store within a 10 minute walk. There were smaller grocery stores a lot closer as well. The pool was rather small but it worked well enough for an evening dip. I did see other reviews about the noise from barking dogs and I did hear that in the evening but it had subsided by the time I went to bed. Overall a good stay and I will book again later this year.

Great room with all the amenities and trendy decor. Free laundry on the first floor. Plenty of street parking. Friendly and responsive host. Great value for the money, would definitely stay here again. The only thing is that it’s an 11 minute walk to the beach, it’s not beach front.

We stayed in a 3rd floor walk-up studio for six nights. The room was clean and functional, and the location was convenient - just a short walk from the north end of 5th Avenue and the beach. We didn't spend much time on the roof but there's a nice terrace and small pool up there. The neighborhood is residential and mostly quiet, but if you stay on Christmas eve or New Year's Eve, be prepared for a raging party and blaring music outside until 5am. Otherwise it was a great affordable option.
