Wow! Where do I start? The room was amazing, the pools are awesome! Very well maintained grounds. Great dining and excellent room service. But, the true standouts are the staff. Everyone was warm and friendly, attentive to every detail. Roberto was our concierge and was absolutely the best! He kept in close contact and was very respectful and responsive. A truly wonderful human being. This was our second trip and we can't wait to return!

El resort está bien muy bonito elegante limpio los meseros que en realidad dan un servicio excelente son Wendy restaurante sante de la alberca del reserv yuriza del alberca fahrenheit Elvis del restaurante sal delicioso meseros estrellas eddy y Humberto buen trato Julián y el restaurante italiano muy bueno también el spa está muy bien también mi y esposo y yo nos quedamos en la área de reserv mi conserje tiara muy amable lo único que me echo a perder mi vacaciones un poco fue la lluvia todos los días llovió pero de ahí todo muy bien sólo el restaron Lemmon fish no está bueno.

The staff are genuinely friendly and always smiling. Eduardo the reserve concierge went above and beyond our expectations and he made our short stay extra special. My wife and I will definitely go back to the reserve at La Perla. The restaurants were delicious and booking was completed prior to our arrival which was helpful. The room was cozy and the swim out was magnificent. Book It!!
