Very nice comfortable, clean and quiet hotel for 8 days. Super nice staff. Good and varied breakfast. Gym basic but sufficient Close to some restaurants by foot and supermarket for groceries and we used the local colectivios to get back and forth to downtown for 10 pesos each. Super convenient (just make sure it says BOTH 30/30 and sorianna on it - we learned the hard way lol) You are not close to a beach but the upstairs pool deck was lovely and not busy at all. It is next to a major road. You will hear some road noise but wasn’t bad and heard nothing in the room They include free transfer from airport and rtn. Very pleased. We will be back again.

Very clean rooms we stayed for more than 4 nights and had our rooms cleaned everyday. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very diverse and has lots of options . Very happy with this hotel , would stay here again!

The hotel is pretty far from restaurants and entertainment. The hotel ran out of breakfast (eggs) and coffee a few times during our stay. I asked for a hair dryer and I was told they were “out”; didn’t get one until the third day. Products feel “low quality”. On the positive: staff was friendly.

The room and the staff were fantastic. However they only gave you one bottle of water upon check-in and no more unless you purchased it at a very high cost. You had to walk or take a taxi to the nearest store in order to get drinking water to last me for my 2 week stay.

The soap is very cool. I also really like the moisturizer I love the breakfast three times. I ate the quesadilla and I like the bathroom so much. It’s nice and special and there’s lots of desks to put my stuff. There is lots of space. It’s next to the highway so it was a bit noisy. The check in line was so so long. My kids also watched Tom and Jerry. Oh one good thing is there’s plenty of parking!
