The resort is beautiful! We had a great time. Everything went well except for our shower leaking all through our room. The staff was great but the women staff could try to be a little friendlier (there were a couple that didn’t even attempt a smile). The nightly entertainment and activities were fun. All things considered, we’d go back again.

This is the view from the ocean front suite that we booked. This is even worse than the partial ocean view. I was requesting to downgrade us to partial ocean view, and they said no rooms. Then I had to pay more to upgrade to get better views.

This hotel is amazing, and I truly recommend it for all families. I have never seen a hotel of this size before. There are so many restaurants, bars, and food options. This is our third time staying at the Royalton Splashing Cancun. It has definitely gone downhill since. Staff is not very friendly or attentive at all. At times they were even condescending. We travelled with a group of 20 and it was unanimous the food quality and the service was sub par. I don’t think we’ll be staying here again. It’s a shame how much the quality and service has deteriorated.

Awesome family resort The buffets were great… lots of options We were very impressed with the restaurants! Steaks were awesome The bigger slides were a bit concerning so we avoided those! Overall the family had an amazing time! Also I would definitely recommend a sound machine for your room Not sure if it was the location of our room on the property but we heard EVERYONE who walked past the door! Every noise echoed But all and all an amazing resort… we would definitely return!
