Our condo itself is large, airy, and nicely furnished. It is located on the fourth (penthouse top level) floor, so you need not worry about people tromping around above you.

5th Avenue is blocked by vehicular traffic. Playa Del Carmen is a very walkable city. Ado bus system is excellent and inexpensive, taxi, and bike rentals. All the comfort of home!

Our stay in Julio’s property was nothing short of great! The contact with property manager Claudio was great! The condo was clean and everything we needed was provided. Location was also amazing being close walk to the beach and 5th ave!

Beautiful Apartment

Absolutely beautiful apartment, extremely clean, rooftop pool, jacuzzi, and bar with bartender were wonderful. You are one block from the beach and one block to the famous "little 5th street" which has all the bars, restaurants, and shops. Perfect place and we cannot wait to come back!!!

Modernes grosses Apartment sehr nahe an Avenida Quinta mit Super Pool auf dem Dach.

Das Apartment war toll, sehr gross und mit allem ausgestattet, auch mit Ventilatoren und Klimanlage. Kühlschrank ist sehr nützlich. Sehr nahe an Avenida Quinta mit vielen Restaurants und Unterhaltung und trotzdem in einer Seitenstrasse und nahe am Strand gelegen.
