Beautiful property and grounds. Room was beautiful except it was the worst view we ever had in any hotel stay anywhere. After check-in,instead of being shown to our room, we were swept away for a about an hour by someone, Ivan?, who "explained" our $200 resort coupon usage which basically meant spending lots more money on spa treatments or wines or romantic dinners in order t apply them-so we dumped them. Also tried to upsell the Impressions area. Beach was disappointing. I had asked ahead for a Birthday greeting in our room for my hubby but there was nothing. Most disappointing esp as we saw banners on other room doors.Meals were good but long wait times for seating.We shall NEVER return and I do NOT recommendthis.

This resort is an excellent all-incl. Beautiful grounds with lush tropical foliage everywhere. Nice beach, not big not small. Everything was solidly good - food options, beach experience, pool choices, bars, entertainment, grounds, activities - everything. Some imperfections, of course, dinner waits can be long. Get your name on the list an hour before you want to eat, problem solved. Live music every day and night for us was awesome. We’ve been to all-incl’s in the Riviera Maya over 30 times. Don’t overpay (max $400/night per person) and it’ll be hard to find a better resort than Secrets Moxche.

My husband and I had a great experience at this location. We did the preferred club and the observatory was amazing for the preferred club members. Recommendations for dinner is to get there 10-15 minutes before they open as there is a long wait we learned that the first time. Food was excellent compared to the reviews I have seen and great variety. Daniel at the French restaurant was amazing and Omar and Hugo at the preferred club were excellent and super accommodating.

What a gorgeous property. I have travelled fairly extensively over the past 10 years and this is by FAR my favourite resort. The food was exceptional. The room was gorgeous and it felt like the staff outnumbered the guests by 2 to 1. Loved every single moment.

Loved this resort, staff always very friendly. Activities were awesome. The activity pool was our favorite with bar staff and Uziel (?) not sure if spelled right but he was activity staff at events and always went above to make sure we were taken care of. Tell him Shane and Deb will be back. :)
