I went to this hotel with my family, and I think my daughters were then only kids there. But everyone was great, the staff is friendly and helpful. It has restaurans, bars and grocery stores 5-10min walk. Socorro was who took care of our bedroom being clean, and Also Mary y Diana. Very nice ladies! I would go back!

Firstly someone went through my stored luggage in their “secured” area and stole my Bluetooth speaker and didn’t even bother zipping my luggage back up all the way. No checkin instructions or how to connect Wifi - drunk noisy guests going in and out of rooms and yelling in stairways at 12-3am

Good Value

Loved the location of Sofia and the pool. We stayed two nights. For longer stays I'd want a bit more spaceand amenities. It can be noisy in the hotel and outside, but that's typical. All in all, a good value.

The condo was conveniently located near many restaurants and grocery stores. The staff was very helpful. The only challenge is that it can be very loud at times. The noise from other rooms echoed so bring ear plugs to get a good nights sleep.

I would rate this properly an overall 7/10. You practically get what you pay for. I’m going to write this review based on pros and cons. First the pros; the rooftop pool is really nice, the rooms are really nice LOOKING, the staff are kind, the location is great. Now the cons; the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors and they’re also doing construction next door, the “Jacuzzi” is not a jacuzzi but instead a small pool that’s the same temperature as the normal pool, the first floor elevator area is extremely hot, THE BED AND PILLOWS ARE UNCOMFORTABLE. Overall 7/10.

The hotel is centrally located. Close to a big supermarket, which is nice to do some cooking in the room. The beach is about a 10 to 15 minute walk. And lots of restaurants close by. My only negative part is that you didn’t clean your room till later in the day.

There was long dark hair all over the room, quite disturbing. There was a cook top but no pots, one glass, 2 dirty forks, no spoons (tough to eat our yogurt in the morning). There was just sheets, no comforter. First impressions where it was a pretty room, but we were very disappointed with the cleanliness.

Cute property friendly staff

Perfect location I’d you want to be within walking distance of 5th Ave. located by two night clubs so it’s loud at night. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Pay parking outside 10 pesos/ hr until 10pm. Decent complimentary breakfast in lobby. Gated entrance. Front desk always open. Spacious rooms comfortable beds. Common areas. Property a bit dated and a little loud at night otherwise would give it a 5 star. Thank you

Overall I really enjoyed my stay. It's clean but the bedding is a bit worn and has some permanent stains. Water lacked pressure in the shower but it was hot. The rooftop is lovely. It overlooks the city and you can see the ocean. Some more deck chairs would definitely be a plus. The major issue were the clients who would smoke in the balconies . It's a non smoking building. There are plenty of places that allow smoking. There's no need to go there if you're unable to follow the most basic rules. There's a reason why they banned smoking in public areas. It ruins it for everyone else who are trying to enjoy their hard earned vacations or even the residents who live there and can't enjoy being on their balconies.

Our toilet did not flush for 2 days. Thankfully we know how to pour water in the toilet to make it flush. Staff person came to our room but was unable to fix the problem. One bedside light did not work. Bedside outlet on one side did not work. Low pressure in shower Noise from pool area & outside made sleep difficult Not a place we would return to

Really great stay for those who want to explore and have a comfortable and clean room to return to in the evening. Just outside of the busy tourist area and close to everything. Lovely staff. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I had a good stay here but the do need to do some work to make this better. The biggest issue was the water pressure and lack of hot water. I could pee more than what comes out of the taps and no hot water in the kitchen made it difficult to wash dishes. They need to supply a kettle and more of the basics when there is a kitchenet. Good property, nice people and a great location made it a good stay all in all
