Personal con sentido de resolución NULO, hormigas en la cama, limpieza pobre, “limpiaban” y al día siguiente de nuevo hormigas, ni siquiera nos cambiaron de habitación que porque no había disponibles, y los de recepción solo decían que ellos trabajaban para el edificio y no hicieron NADA.

Not a bad place to stay for the price but dont book it if you want to sleep in/relax as there are rooftop renovations happening which start around 8am and the walls are paper thin so you can hear people having sex and every time they move in the room above you

The room was as described. The hotel was a bit confusing to find at first, even the cab driver had a bit of difficulty. But after I get to understand the street address structure, it is pretty easy to get around. You should mention that the hotel is still under construction. The rooms on the 2nd floor had no room numbers. I had to try my key at each door until I found my room. Consider a rail at that top of the ramp near the front door. I would hate someone not paying attention to walk out the front door and fall those few feet down into the street. Its an easy fix. The rooftop is still under construction. I was able to enjoy parts of it but it would be nice to know it was not complete when signing in. Other than that, the stay was wonderful.

The only complaint I have is that there was construction/ renovation talking place in the room immediately beside mine. I should have been told of this in advance. I was undergoing dental surgery while staying there, so was recovering in my room- other guests might never have been inconvenienced- they would have been sightseeing, or at the beach. For me, all I wanted was to recover in a quiet space. The noise was intolerable.

The hotel is very well located, and I stayed in a beautiful, spacious room with a balcony. The staff were polite and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant. However, there were a few issues that affected my experience. One major problem was that my room had a door connecting to another room. Due to this door and the thin walls, I could hear the guests in the room next door talking. This not only compromised my privacy, but it also made it difficult for me to rest during the day because the noise was quite loud. The pool area is beautiful, but unfortunately, there is no bar to purchase drinks or even water, which was a bit inconvenient. Lastly, the water pressure in the bathroom was very weak, which made it hard to flush the toilet and wash my hair properly. This was definitely a frustrating issue. Overall, while the location, room, and staff were great, there are some areas that need improvement to make the stay more comfortable.

The room and location was perfect! The rooftop pool area was also amazing really enjoyed it! The cons are that it was hard to get clean towels, we had to ask the maid directly since, as per the reception, they are not the same company and are not able to provide with towels. Another cons is the staff and most precisely the older male concierge. He was the first person we saw when checking in and was rude and not helpful at all. Same attitude when checking in, didnt help for the luggage was just looking at us did not even open the door for us he was just smoking his cigarette... Beside the social aspect we really liked this accommodation

The staff did not clean properly, the rubbish was not taken from the room for a period of our stay (3 days). No option to check in earlier, as other hotels/condos in the area offered this option.

Was very impressed with the room. Had many small details that mattered to me like the full size fridge, a cutting board, a blender, Tupperware containers, plates, glasses, and even a frying pan for the electric range top. The room also had a safe and which worked perfectly and in room WiFi router. Sofía is a great place for to stay. The rooftop garden/pool area was amazing.

Room was great. Front desk staff and cleaning staff were fantastic. In fact all staff are fantastic. They were personable helpful and just overall great. Pool was great too. Everything was clean and smelled great. Lots of hot water. A/c was cold. Area was good it’s far enough from the touristy areas to not be bothered by noise n whatnot but close enough to walk to 5th in maybe 10-15 mins if you chose. Great bakery n pizza across the street and tacos close by. Oxxo 7-11 and a six all close by and the mega is one block away. Would stay here again 100%
