All Countries next to the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico are experiencing a wave of seaweed. The conditions are dependent on the currents and weather and can determine the usability of the beach club. This is the ONLY CONDO WITH IT'S OWN BEACH CLUB RESTAURANT on site. This complex offers the best amenities that Playa has to offer. This complex includes heated pools. You are allowed the use of both facilities in the Beachside & Oceanfront buildings. The Beachfront (located in the back of the Oceanfront building) AND WHERE THIS UNIT IS LOCATED..is a smaller, more private property, while the Oceanside (located on the sand), is larger and will have more activity - as well as the on-site restaurant & beach club. There is also a spa and full gym with classes.

Please note that the unit sleeps 4 adults with the exception of 2 small additional children...One in current bed set up and one in a rollaway bed or crib (additional cost).

This tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Penthouse with the feeling of Bali. Enjoy an early morning walk on the beach, just a few steps away. This avenue is closed to autos and great for an evening walk.
