Located in a private quiet bedroom community. A modern two bedroom two bathroom home with kitchen living room, and roof deck. Large glass sliders allow you to take in the sounds of the ocean right from the couch. Head to the roof deck to view dolphins playing and feeding in the surf, while enjoying some coffee on the roof deck. The home is new and simple. The space is built to enjoy inside and outside with ample sized decks on both floors. Perfect size to make your stay on Baja's Golden Coast. Two private rooms are included in the rental of the property. One is a master bedroom with a California King bed, full bathroom, and walk-in closet. The other room has a plush, full-size bed. Each room has its own mini split and ceiling fan. The rooms have excellent lighting for all occasions. The smaller room is next to a shared bathroom with a shower and toilet. Although the sofa does not have a pull-out bed, it is very large and can accommodate two children or small adults. An air mattress is available for use and stored in the master bedroom. The living area is on the first floor, and you can enjoy views of the ocean from the kitchen and living room. You will have access to the rooftop deck to enjoy beautiful sunsets and take in the sun. We will provide you with some initial instructions on gaining access to the neighborhood. While the guards are friendly, they do their due diligence, taking down your license plate numbers and asking for ID. We will provide you with a visitor code for neighborhood access. We will be providing a couple of beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards for guests to enjoy the beach. They will be located at the bottom of the driveway.
