Clydesdale Cottage and the Four-Bedroom Suites create one of the most expansive estate combinations at Equestrian House, bringing together the sunlit warmth of Clydesdale Cottage with the refined elegance of the Estonian, Fjord, Andalusian, and Brandenburger Suites. This exceptional retreat offers a total of seven bedrooms, one queen bedroom and one bunk‑bed in the cottage, plus six additional queen beds across the four suites. With multiple sofa beds, five kitchens or kitchenettes, and five private bathrooms, the estate comfortably accommodates large families, milestone celebrations, reunions, or group retreats seeking both privacy and shared connection.



Located within Equestrian House, each accommodation offers its own distinct charm: Clydesdale Cottage with its radiant comfort, Estonian with its serene sophistication, Fjord with its moonlit elegance, Andalusian with its warm refinement, and Brandenburger with its peaceful mountain ambiance. Pet Policy:

We love pets at The Equestrian House! A pet fee of $149 per pet, per stay (excluding local taxes) applies.

During the spring, summer, and fall months, guests can enjoy complimentary access to one of our tennis courts, six basketball courts (bring your own sports equipment), and an outdoor swimming pool shared with other guests unless the entire estate is reserved.



Estate Options:

The Equestrian House offers multiple units located just minutes apart within the property. Each unit can be booked separately depending on your needs, or you may reserve the entire estate, which can accommodate up to 36 guests. Conveniently situated just two hours from New York City and close to major camping sites and ski resorts, the estate is ideal for families, milestone celebrations, or group retreats seeking both privacy and connection.
