Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es handelt sich um ein kleines gemütliches Häuschen, ideal für 2 Erwachsenene, maximal für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Im renovierten Erdgeschoß befinden sich die offene Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und das Bad mit Dusche und Toilette. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, zweckmäßig, aber dennoch ausreichend. In der Küche fehlten uns ein ungebrauchtes Spültuch und ein frischer Spülschwamm. Den Kühlschrank mussten wir an wenigen Stellen nachreinigen Im Obergeschoß befinden sich ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten und einem Regal für Kleidung und eines mit einem Doppelbett, einem kleinen Wandschrank und einem Kleiderregal. Der alte, weißgestrichene Holzboden knarzte schon sehr. Die Fenster konnten zum Teil leider nicht alke gekippt werden. Ein besonderes Plus war, dass wir eine Garage zur Verfügung hatten, in der unser Auto und 2 Fahrräder Platz hatten. Der abgeschlossene Innenhof war einfach und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Das Häuschen hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme. Gefehlt hat uns eine Mappe mit Informationen (idealerweise auch in deutscher Sprache) zur Gastronomie, zu möglichen Unternehmungen, zur Bedienung des Fernsehers (leider kein deutsches Programm verfügbar) und weiteren Kleinigkeiten des Alltags (z. B. Regelung zur Müllentsorgung). Dank des WLAN und Internet konnten wir die meisten Fragen recherchieren.
