The stylish, modern, and centrally located apartment in the city center was completely renovated in 2022. It offers high-quality comfort features including underfloor heating, a covered terrace with a large charcoal grill and barbecue accessories, sun lounger, garden furniture, a spacious bathroom with shower, double washbasin and washing machine, clothes drying rack, cordless vacuum cleaner, floor cleaning set, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, stand mixer, fridge with freezer compartment, dining area, ironing board, and iron.



The accommodation has three bedrooms for a total of six guests: two bedrooms with double box-spring beds (can be arranged as single beds) and wardrobes, and a living-bedroom with a double spring-core sofa bed, wardrobe, and desk. All three bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and streaming services. A home office area, free Wi-Fi, and a free parking space directly in front of the apartment are available. A travel cot, high chair, and children's toys are also provided. Restaurants, bars, as well as numerous shopping opportunities and bakeries are in the immediate vicinity. 24-hour check-in is possible via a key system. An e-bike charging station and e-bike rental are available nearby (e-bike rental for a fee).
