Our modern 65 m² holiday apartment in a sunny woodland edge location was completely redesigned in June 2025 and furnished with great attention to detail. It accommodates 3 adults and 1 child. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a fantastic view of the valley – directly from the sofa or bed.



The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and TV, as well as a living room with a sofa bed (for 1 adult and 1 child). The open living and kitchen area is bright and inviting, equipped with a modern kitchen – ideal for cooking and enjoying together. From the bedroom, you have direct access to the garden.



A covered terrace, a modern coffee machine, and a grill invite you to relax. Wi-Fi and TVs in both rooms provide extra comfort.



Our holiday apartment is ideal for families, nature lovers, hikers, and cyclists who want to perfectly combine relaxation and activity.



A parking space is located directly at the house next to the double garage.



Pets are very welcome. A fee applies for pets, which is either automatically calculated depending on the booking platform or can be paid on site.



Your hosts live on the premises, but not in the booked accommodation.
