Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed) with superb sea view, dressing room, and toilet. Outdoors: 405 m² private stone-enclosed garden with gate and gate. Wood (1 bag of pellets) included in the price. Restructured in 2010 and renovated in 2020, this architect-designed house in "contemporary Breton" style will charm you with its panoramic sea view over a wild bay! You can only hear the sound of the sea wind. Bathed in light thanks to its triple exposure to the garden, the living room offers a breathtaking sea view. It opens directly onto the terrace, ideal for enjoying delicious breakfasts facing the horizon. Facing South-West / North-East, facing this magnificent Breton coast which goes from Bréhat to Perros Guirec, this house of 72.5 m² of living space (110 m² on the ground floor because of its very sloping ceilings) is located in an exceptional environment, on the GR34 hiking trail, in the hamlet of Kermagen and at the end of the Goaslestry impasse.
