Small cottage with garden, ideal for families
Typical cottage (refurbished in 2025) with garden ideally located in a hamlet near St Malo, Dinan, Mont Saint Michel, Dinard, the must-see sites of the Emerald Coast (Cap Fréhel, Fort Lalatte, Pointe du Grouin, Rance estuary) and its many fine sandy beaches.
Ideal for couples and families, the cottage includes:
- on the ground floor, a large open-plan living room and kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a toilet;
- upstairs, a large bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined together.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster.
The living room includes a sofa, a coffee table, and a television.
Heating is provided by electric radiators in each room, in addition to a wood-burning stove in the living room.
The garden (not yet fenced) is equipped with a picnic table, and a barbecue is available.
Private parking is available for two vehicles.
