Wooden frame house located on the edge of a wood and in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, 3 km from the beaches of Trébeurden and Beg Leguer, on the Lannion-Trébeurden axis. 10 minutes from Perros-Guirec.
-3 bedrooms including one on the ground floor plus a mezzanine can accommodate 8 beds.
-2 bathrooms (one with bathtub)

A notre arrivĂ©e piscine plutĂŽt froide, location prĂ©sente des vices qui ne nous ont pas Ă©tĂ© signalĂ©s et qui empĂȘchent l'usage normal et paisible : la piscine est Ă  proximitĂ© du chemin oĂč passent les vĂ©hicules, il y a une ouverture dans la clĂŽture en claustra bois sans portail donc vis Ă  vis. Tuyau d'eau visible le long de la maison jusqu'au garage (propriĂ©taire va au garage pour remplissage piscine), porte du garage qui communique avec l'intĂ©rieur de la maison sans clef, ce qui laisse penser que quelqu'un peut rentrer Ă  tout moment. Quelques points Ă  l'intĂ©rieur du logement pourraient ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©s cĂŽtĂ© dĂ©coration et amĂ©nagement, prix excessif par rapport aux prestations. Accueil plutĂŽt agrĂ©able.

Meget for pengene

Vi havde et godt ophold, meget rent og pÊnt hus. Men alt der skal bruges. Eneste minusser var at vÊrten boede tÊt pÄ og kom lidt for meget forbi til vores smag. Dog kun for at tjekke op om vi havde det Ok. Derudover var der en lille sprogbarriere. Men alt i alt et godt sted vi vil anbefale.

dommage que les 2 salles de bains soient au rez de chaussée avec 2 chambres à l"étage la mezzanine ne sert à rien à part pour décoration la literie n' est pas au top à revoir surtout pour les personnes ayant des difficultés à se relever le lit étant à 30cm du sol la situation de la maison est en pleine nature aucun bruit c'est trÚs agréable la région est magnifique

Sehr schön

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bemĂŒht, leider kann er nur französisch und ein paar Wörter auf deutsch und englisch. Bei der BettwĂ€sche sollte man darauf achten das es sich um große deckenhsndelt fĂŒr zwei Personen und nicht wie bei uns um einzelne decken. Die untere Matratze ist schon ein wenig durchgelegen, aber ansonsten ist alles prima und man kann die Provence von dort sehr gut erkunden.

PropriĂ©taires trĂšs accueillants et disponibles !!! A pu nous conseiller sur les visites, les animations, les lieux Ă  voir et la gastronomie !!
