Outside : Terrace of 45 m² upstairs, private land of 200 m², garage and parking in the courtyard at the entrance to the property. In a residential area, at the end of a small road, close to tourist sites, contemporary house with luxury services. Less than 4 km from Pleumeur Bodou, this newly built house will seduce you with its bright living room, its cocooning decoration and its trendy furniture.
