We welcome you to a charming longère set in a peaceful setting on the banks of the Rance in Pleurtuit, between Dinard and Saint-Malo.



The two rooms, Rosée and Canopée, are perfect for a family. Each accommodates up to 2 guests and offers a warm, relaxing atmosphere with quality bedding. You’ll have access to a private bathroom, a small kitchen, and an upstairs lounge area with a sofa. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.



Every morning, enjoy a delicious breakfast with fresh, generous products—perfect to start your day.



Passionate about sports, Pilates, nature, and hiking, I’ll be happy to share tips to help you discover the treasures of the Emerald Coast.



The property enjoys a privileged location, just 5 meters from a historic washhouse, close to several boat launches and the GR34 trails. You’ll have easy access to the Rance riverbanks, beaches, and the landscapes of the Emerald Coast. Public parking is available 10 meters from the property, and bus lines make it easy to reach Dinard and Saint-Malo.



Check-in is from 6:00 p.m., check-out before 10:00 a.m. Multiple nights can be booked, but the house is not accessible between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
