- A living room with sofa, TV and 11 m² open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, blender, raclette machine, washing machine, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room and WC.
For even greater comfort, the owner has decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, ironing board and iron, radio, adapter, etc.
Exterior:
- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Ploéven, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
