The charcoal barbecue is replaced by a beautiful electric plancha for good meals with family or friends. The house is also equipped with a very spacious indoor and outdoor parking area.



The interior of the house will seduce you with its very spacious living area, equipped with a large fully equipped American kitchen, featuring large hobs and an American fridge with filtered water and ice cubes, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The bright and welcoming living room is the ideal place to gather as a family. A bedroom with a trundle bed for two people and a magnificent master suite with a queen-size bed in 160x200, a large walk-in wardrobe and a beautiful bathroom with shower and bathtub, offer exceptional comfort on the ground floor.



Upstairs, you will find two elegant bedrooms, ideal for children, with twin beds of 90x200, configurable into double beds of 180x200, each with its own bathroom. The third bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed of 160x200 and an office corner ideal for teleworking, also has its own private terrace. A comfortable bathroom with double sink, shower and bathtub, as well as a games room with a football table complete this floor, offering moments of relaxation and entertainment for everyone.



Located in the immediate vicinity of Portsall harbour, the house benefits from all amenities within reach, including bars, restaurants and the sailing club is accessible on foot.
