This charming 120 m² house in Plouër-sur-Rance can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a lovely 55 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 750 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 55 m² living room with TV, stove (wood not provided), sofas, armchairs and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine with integrated grinder, etc.
- A utility room.
- Shower room.
- Separate WC.
- A utility room.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite bathroom (shower, bath and WC).
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200).

Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed, private 750 m² garden, separated from the house by a lane.
- A south-facing 40 m² gravel terrace at the front of the house with furniture for enjoying the fine weather.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, Weber griddle, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Plouër-sur-Rance, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

- Numerous golf courses nearby and footpaths, particularly along the Rance (greenway).

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park at the back of the house which can accommodate 1 vehicle or in front of the house which can accommodate 2 vehicles.

- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport, 16 minutes' drive away.
