Terrace, gravelled courtyard and 1000 m² of land. On the Côte de Goélo, in a rural environment, this old house located on a former farm, has just undergone a lovely renovation: beautiful volumes, quality materials, beautiful parquet floors, exposed stone walls, personalized decoration will allow you to appreciate the place. 2.3 km from the town of Plouezec (all local shops), you will easily reach superb tourist sites: starting with the pretty little marina of Port Lazo with its small sandy area, but bathers like to meet there... To enjoy large family beaches, choose Bréhec beach in Plouha (5 km) where you can even go sailing. If you like beautiful views, go to Pointe de Bilfot: a lovely change of scenery.... 10 km from Paimpol, its marina and 15 km for the pier for the Ile de Bréhat. On the Côte de Goélo, a comfortable address, in the countryside and so close to the sea! the first to discover it ....
