Summary:

This house is perched on the heights of the coastal path. A small road turning into a path will reveal a magnificent panorama of the bay of Morlaix: the Château du Taureau, the Black Island, the oyster beds, Carantec. Its veranda allows you to enjoy the view whatever the weather, inside you will find all the comfort in summer and winter thanks to the fireplace.

Maison Kermartin is a spacious family house with a large lawn garden. The sea view is omnipresent, each living room has at least one sea view window, the West orientation offers magnificent sunsets. Inside the spaces are vast, the entrance is via the veranda then serves on one side a bright living room with fireplace and on the other an equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Ideal for a stay with friends or family by the sea.



Household linen is included (tea towels, bath mats).
