Bright family home, 5 bedrooms for 10/11 people, 250m from the beach
The house is ideal for spending time with family or friends!
It is located in the Cotes d'Armor, in a hamlet of Plougrescant, Ralévy, 250m from the sea. Access to the beach by a dead end.
It is surrounded by a 1000 m² garden.
The house has been completely renovated and is composed on the ground floor (elevated):
- a large well equipped kitchen (electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster ...) overlooking the living room with workshop windows
- living / dining-room with stove
- separate toilet
- a double room with a 160 bed
- a shower room
1st floor:
- a large landing overlooking 4 bedrooms (two with bed 140, one with bunk bed and drawer / bed, one with two single beds can be closer)
- a bathroom with a changing table
- a shower room with toilet
In the basement: a release with a second fridge and some appliances, a laundry with washing machine and possibility to extend the laundry.
Very nice walks around Plougrescant (coastal path from the house), beaches, fishing ...
Sailing school in Port-Blanc (in the municipality of Penvénan 7 min with possibility of renting kayaks ...)
25 minutes from Paimpol (very pretty port city with departure for the island of Bréhat) and 25 minutes from Perros-Guirec (departure for the 7 islands).
Bakery, grocery, post office, pharmacy in the town of Plougrescant which is 2min drive from the house.
