Cocoonr offers this charming 50 m² single-storey house with sea view for rent in Plougrescant, less than 280 metres from the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 150 m² outdoor area. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Day area:
- A 23 m² living room with flat-screen TV, WiFi, sofa, armchair, footstool and dining area (4 chairs and a 2-seater bench).
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), with memory foam mattress topper and dressing area.
- Bedroom 2: a retractable queen-size bed (160×200), a bunk bed (sleeps two) and storage space.
- Bathroom with shower, double washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine.
- Separate WC.

Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed outdoor space of around 150 m² with a concrete/wood terrace, facing south/south-west with furniture (parasol, table, chairs, charcoal barbecue, 2 sun loungers) to enjoy the fine weather, as well as an outdoor solar shower.
- Technical area with bike hook-up and space to store your kayaks, paddles and other equipment.

The house is ideally located in Plougrescant, in a protected natural environment on the GR34. You'll be just 1 minute's drive from all the essential shops in the village, as well as restaurants, bars and the market (on Sunday mornings)...

Lumineuse, fonctionnelle, joliment décorée et dans un environnement totalement naturel et silencieux, elle est parfaite pour s’y sentir à l’aise et comme à la maison. Le GR 34 passe tout près et la côte est accessible à pieds en 2 minutes à peine. Randonnées, visites des villages et villes proches, pêche à marée basse, ramassage de coquillages et/ou sieste sur les rochers ou le sable blanc … un régal ????????"

Le gîte est très bien équipé et la décoration sur le thème « rosace » nous a beaucoup plu (et a été l’objet d’un jeu de cherche et trouve *). L’emplacement tout proche de la mer est un vrai plus pour les balades. Nous y reviendrions sans hésitation. Longue vie locative à ce gîte! * 12 rosaces trouvées qui dit mieux ? :-)"
