Upon arrival, you will discover the dining room with its large table and decorative stove, ideal for sharing meals together. The open-plan kitchen leading into the living area is fully equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will find a kettle, a toaster as well as a **filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine**. The lounge area with its sofa, armchairs, TV and fireplace awaits you for pleasant moments by the fire.



The house has 4 bedrooms, including one on the ground floor:

- Bedroom 1: has a double bed (140/190), a TV and access to its private bathroom with shower and WC

- Bedroom 2: has a double bed (140/190)

- Bedroom 3: has 2 single beds (90/190)

- Bedroom 4: has a Queen Size bed (160/200) with access to its private bathroom with shower and WC

All bedrooms have sea views



A bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and toilet, as well as a separate 4th toilet, complete the accommodation. A washing machine and ironing facilities are also at your disposal.



You will be able to park up to 3 vehicles on the private parking of the house. The garage is also accessible so you can store up to 8 bicycles.
