Welcome to Plouguerneau, in north Finistère, where this furnished house situated in the heart of nature in a quiet and unspoilt neighbourhood welcomes you for a restful stay. Fully equipped and laid out over two storeys, it offers all the comfort necessary to accommodate up to 7 travellers. You can enjoy a pleasant garden with garden furniture and barbecue, ideal for your summer meals. A peaceful place, perfect for rejuvenation, just only 7 km from the beaches and 5 km from the centre.



Pass through the front door and discover a pleasant living space of 30 m². The open kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, induction hobs), provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will also find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker. Share your meals around the table for 7 people, then enjoy a moment of relaxation in the lounge, near the fireplace, comfortably seated on the sofa facing the television.



The house comprises three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – on the 1st floor: a double bed (140x190 cm) and a storage wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 – on the 1st floor: a double bed (140x190 cm) and a storage wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 – on the 2nd floor: a master suite comprising a double bed (140x190 cm), a single bed (120x190 cm), a private bathroom and a WC.



A shared bathroom with a hairdryer is located on the first floor. Two independent toilets complete the accommodation.
