Welcome to Plouguerneau, a jewel of northern Finistère between land and sea! Make yourself comfortable in this fully equipped furnished house, ideal for family or friends' holidays. Located in the heart of the town, you will appreciate the convenience of being able to walk to shops, the local market or even the bakery for morning pastries.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people and has a large enclosed garden, perfect for letting children play safely. Enjoy the equipped terrace and barbecue for outdoor meals on summer evenings.
Just 2 km away, fine sandy beaches and clear waters of the Legends Coast await you. Whether you are a fan of swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking or sailing, you will find your happiness. For nature lovers, the famous coastal path GR34 offers breathtaking landscapes between dunes, coves and Breton lighthouses.
Pass through the door and discover a large, warm living space. On the left, the kitchen, closed off by a glass partition, is fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and offers you everything you need to cook with ease. For your breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso machine.
Share your meals around the dining table for 8 people or opt for the terrace on beautiful days. In the evening, gather in the living room with its comfortable sofa, coffee table and television.
The accommodation has 2 bathrooms. The first, with a shower, is located on the ground floor. The second, with a shower and bathtub, is situated on the half-landing, just at the top of the first steps of the stairs. A second independent toilet is also located on the ground floor.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms. The first, ideal for children, is equipped with a bunk bed. The second is a through bedroom (accessible through the first) and has a double bed (140x190 cm). The third is a master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm).
Finally, on the second floor there is a last room equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm).
In the laundry room, a washing machine is at your disposal.
A private parking space will allow you to park a car. You will also be able to store bicycles in the garage.
