Discover this charming single-storey furnished house located in Plouguerneau, in northern Finistère, in the countryside, in a quiet and peaceful place. With a surface area of 50 m², it is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 2 travellers. Enjoy its small enclosed garden and its south-facing terrace, with a barbecue, ideal for your summer meals. The perfect place to recharge, just 7 km from the beaches and 5 km from the town centre.



Enter through the entrance door and discover a lovely living area of 30m2, giving access to the garden. The open kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, induction hobs), provides you with everything necessary to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will also find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker. Share your meals around the dining table, then enjoy a moment of relaxation in the living room, near the fireplace, comfortably seated on the sofa in front of the television.
