Welcome to Lilia, a charming neighbourhood in Plouguerneau, where this furnished house welcomes you just **500 metres from Kervenni beach**. Fully equipped to comfortably accommodate **up to 8 travellers**, it offers all the comfort necessary for a peaceful stay. From the house, enjoy **breathtaking sea views of the famous Île Vierge lighthouse**. You will also have a **enclosed garden**, a **terrace** and a **barbecue** to enjoy on fine days. Swimming, water activities and walks along the Aber Vrac'h will punctuate your holiday.
Pass through the front door and discover a cosy lounge, perfect for gathering with family or friends, comfortably settled on the sofa in front of the **television.** By going down three steps, you access the kitchen/dining area, with sea views and direct access to the garden thanks to a bay window. This is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and you will find everything you need to cook as if you were at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a **filter coffee maker** are at your disposal. The dining table can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The accommodation includes 4 bedrooms. The first, located on the ground floor, has a double bed (140x190 cm), a small desk and direct access to a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and WC. Upstairs, you will find three other bedrooms: one with a beautiful sea view and two single beds (90x190 cm), another with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and the last with a double bed (140x190 cm).
A second bathroom, with shower, hairdryer and toilet, is also available upstairs.
You will be able to park your vehicle safely on the property, and a sheltered space is provided to store your bicycles.
