In the commune of Plouguiel, we offer for rent this charming house built by an architect, and recently renovated with great taste, on parquet floors with a unique cachet. It is bright and perfectly equipped. The house has a surface area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises a 90 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 4,000 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 60 m² terrace with garden furniture, hammock, barbecue and deckchairs awaits you to enjoy the sunny days with your family.

This house is your ideal base for discovering the pink granite coast and surrounding area, just 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches, and a great starting point for enjoying the many attractions of northern Côtes d'Armor. It's ideally located in Plouguiel, in a very pleasant environment. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market...
