Attention, here is an exceptional house literally with its feet in the water. This freshly renovated house with high-end comfort benefits from an exceptional location facing the port of Étel, at the entrance of the famous Ria. It has a breathtaking view.

Here you will enjoy exclusive holidays, punctuated by the tides and the constantly evolving panorama. This former oyster farmer's house, which has retained its authenticity, is a true gem not to be missed!



You will quickly feel at ease in this welcoming and bright house, comfortably furnished. Spacious, it can accommodate 8 people.

The ground floor is organised around a vast living area (which integrates the living room, dining room, kitchen, living space) and a TV lounge.

A night area (queen-size bed) with an adjoining bathroom, which can serve as an office, and separate toilets complete this level.

The upstairs consists of a master suite with its bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, a small children's room with bunk beds, a room with 2 single beds that can be joined, a bathroom and separate toilets.

In the garden, a true asset of this house, you will enjoy a grassy terrace overlooking the sea and oyster parks with a direct view of the Étel marina, located a few strokes of the oar from the house.

From here, you can also walk to the typical small port of Magouer and its marine cemetery.

The nearest beach, Kervégant, is located 1 km as the crow flies and is very pleasant, away from the tumult of the summer season, in a preserved space. Lovers of water sports appreciate the region for its superb waves.



She is the ideal place for a calm and rejuvenating stay, where everyone will enjoy their leisure time in complete serenity.
