Holiday Home 'Maison 4 Pers 5kms De La Plage' with Private Terrace and Private Garden
A newly renovated 80 m2 single-storey house, located in the center of Plouider and 4 kms from the beaches.
The 20m2 veranda opens onto a paved terrace and 600m2 of green, wooded grounds.
In addition to washing your clothes, the laundry room can also be used to store bicycles and beach accessories.
Accommodation:
Renovated, contemporary, bright and functional, it is comfortably furnished and suitable for a family of 4. A 5th person can be accommodated on request.
Traveler access:
In addition to the house and its grounds, there is a "laundry" annex next to which the car can be parked.
Other remarks:
The house must be restored as you found it, but if you don't want to do the cleaning, it's optional at 40e.
On arrival, you can park your car immediately next to the house.
A charging station for electric vehicles is available at 3 rue de la mer.
Located in the center of town, you can walk to the baker, grocer, doctor and pharmacy.
A list of local crêperies and restaurants is also available.
Depending on your tastes, you can sample seasonal produce at La Butte's gourmet restaurant, or choose from the Comptoir's extensive short menu. (open daily for lunch from 12pm to 2pm and for dinner from 7pm to 9:30pm) Reservations required.
