Stylish property in beautiful location

We felt really at home at Le Yaudet. The property is well furnished and equipped- it felt a real treat to stay here. There is a lovely small beach at the end of the road and beautiful walks nearby. Close to other great beaches and places of interest. The owner was very helpful in all correspondence.

Séjour calme et agréable

Week-end dans un logement au calme, trĂšs propre et spacieux. La proximitĂ© de la plage est un plus et a Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©e.Dommage que le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas mais un peu de dĂ©connexion ne fait pas de mal. schitterende locatie

Het huis heeft alles wat nodig is voor een fijn verblijf en is prachtig gelegen in een wondermooie regio. Vriendelijke gastheer. De omgeving biedt tal van wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden. Hou er wel rekening mee dat de bewegwijzering vaak erg gebrekkig is - ook al laten toeristische brochures dit anders uitschijnen.

Idyllisch gelegen, alles da was man braucht

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Haus und ĂŒberhaupt kein Problem mit MĂŒcken oder Ă€hnlichem. Man kann wunderbar in der Gegend wandern, baden, ungestört SonnenuntergĂ€nge beobachten oder einfach Muscheln sammeln. Man muss sich nur trauen, eine sehr steile Straße mit dem Auto hinunter und wieder hinauf zu fahren;) Die KĂŒche lĂ€sst quasi keine WĂŒnsche offen, von dem großen Ofen, in den auch riesige Baguette passen, waren wir sehr beeindruckt. Einziges Manko ist der Geruch nach Schimmel in den WĂ€nden im Erdgeschoss. Wer das Wohnzimmer nicht als 3.Schlafzimmer braucht, den wird das vermutlich nicht stören, im Obergeschoss und auch in der KĂŒche merkt man nichts. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung an alle, die, wie wir, gern abseits der Bettenburgen wohnen und sich treiben lassen wollen.

Excellent sejour

Ce gĂźte est vraiment trĂšs agrĂ©able et bien situĂ© Ă  deux pas de la mer, trĂšs calme. Nous en avons profitĂ© pour faire un break sur la tĂ©lĂ© car il n’y en a pas !.. C’est pas plus mal finalement mais il faudrait le noter dans l’annonce. Nous nous sommes rĂ©galĂ©s et nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Merci pour l’attention Ă  notre arrivĂ©e Ă©galement. Les couchers de soleil sur la plage resteront gravĂ©s dans nos souvenirs

Altes Steinhaus an einer kleinen Bucht gelegen

Wir erhielten eine gute Wegbeschreibung und haben anhand der Fotos das Haus gleich gefunden. Leider war niemand vor Ort, der uns eine Einweisung gab. Alles per WhatsApp. Infomappe leider nur auf französisch. Es roch sehr muffig. Das Haus bekommt wenig Sonne, daher war es feucht und kĂŒhl. Alles in allem war es etwas ungepflegt, besonders auf der Terrasse. Hier mĂŒsste mal Unkraut entfernt werden und der Bewuchs am Haus zurĂŒck geschnitten werden. Daher auch viele Moskitos! Die Terrasse bietet aus einiger Entfernung Blick auf die Bucht. Leider konnten wir sie kaum nutzen, da frĂŒh zu feucht und kĂŒhl und abends war es nur möglich, wenn die Sonne noch nicht hinterm Wald verschwunden war. Und dann kamen die MĂŒcken.... Im Haus selbst gibt es ein schönes Panoramafenster im Wohnbereich mit Blick zum Meer. Die KĂŒche ist mit großem Gasherd/Elektrobackofen, GeschirrspĂŒler, Waschmaschine, Trockner ausgestattet. Die 2. Toilette ist unten im Abstellraum. Obere Etage hat zwei Schlafzimmer und Bad. Bad fĂŒr 4 Personen viel zu klein, es gibt keine Möglichkeit die HandtĂŒcher fĂŒr alle aufzuhĂ€ngen. WLAN funktionierte nicht in allen Zimmern und auf der Terrasse auch nicht. Vermieter kĂŒmmert sich aber. Ich hoffe unsere Nachmieter haben wieder besseren Empfang. Da das Haus in einem Tal liegt, gibt es so gut wie kein Netz. Der Ort ist sehr charmant und die Bucht traumhaft schön. Es ist allerdings sehr ruhig, keine GeschĂ€fte nur eine Creperie. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind einige Kilometer entfernt.

Sehr schön gelegen

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem Haus, es ist super geeignet mit Kindern. Der Strand und das Meer direkt vor der HaustĂŒr, umgeben von Wald und tollen Möglichkeiten fĂŒr SpaziergĂ€nge. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet, großer Gasherd und Ofen. Die Kommunikation mit David war sehr freundlich, immer hilfreich und unkompliziert.

Nid douillet dans cadre idyllique Ă  50m de la mer au Yaudet

Shhh... don't tell anyone; this place is best kept a secret! Utter peace apart from the trickling stream and lapping of the waves, a stone's throw from the beach of the creek, close enough to take your apéro to, instant access to multiple coastal and inland walks, evenings lazily spent around the large kitchen table before heading off to a cosy bed and starting all over the next day! Three days definitely too short a stay!
