Close to beaches, hiking trails, festivals, Guingamp and its amenities (a "cité de caractère"), as well as Perros-Guirec, Paimpol, Bréhat Island, and many other beautiful spots, you’ll be ideally located to explore the region.



This 190 m² cottage is perfect for families or groups of friends. It features 5 enclosed bedrooms, a double bed on a mezzanine, 3 bathrooms (one en suite on the ground floor), 2 toilets, a spacious living/dining area, foosball table, fully equipped kitchen, 2 terraces, and an outdoor patio with fire pit and darts. The 2,000 m² fenced property is private and not overlooked, offering a pétanque court, ping-pong table, above-ground pool (available mid-May to mid-September), play area (swing and slide), and a mini-farm with 4 hens.

For weekly stays: arrival from 5:30pm, departure at 10am. For weekends: arrival from 5pm, departure at 4pm. Minimum stay 2 nights, 3–4 nights for long weekends, weekly stays during summer holidays.



Some options are available for an additional fee, such as beer tap rental, marquee rental, or full-day jacuzzi access.



The cleaning fee covers floors, bathrooms, toilets, sinks, windows, dusting, and bedding, but you must leave the cottage tidy.
