Very beautiful, comfortable single-family house "Les Menhirs", renovated in 2019, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the hamlet Lann Tréman 2.6 km from the centre of Ploumilliau, 5.8 km from the centre of Saint Michel-en-Grève, 7.7 km from the centre of Lannion, 6.2 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 2'500 m2 (fenced). Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 400 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool secured (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 03.Apr. - 27.Nov.). Table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Carport. Shop 2.6 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach 6.2 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Semaine très agréable

Nous avons séjourné dans cette location entre amis pour une semaine, la maison est spacieuse et bien meublée. L’extérieur est super, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine entre amis. Je vous conseille sans hésitations !

Un havre de paix

Nichée dans un coin de campagne agréable et verdoyant, très proche de la mer, cette résidence a tous les atouts pour la réussite des vacances. Elle est suffisamment spacieuse pour se réunir en famille ou avec des amis et la présence d'une piscine et de jeux d'extérieur dans un grand espace clos y contribue. Tout est bien pour les grands et les petits ainsi que pour les animaux. La maison est bien équipée. Le propriétaire est prévenant et très discret. Je recommande cette location.

Zwei Wochen traumhafter Urlaub in diesem herrlichen bretonischen Haus. Wunderschöner Garten, sehr gepflegt und ungestört. Den privaten Pool konnten wir Dank der Überdachung jeden Tag ausgiebig genießen. Trotz der ruhigen und ländlichen Lage ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für ganz viele Exkursionen. Nicht zuletzt wegen dem außerordentlich freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter war es für uns als Familie mit Hund ein absolut gelungener Urlaub!!

Très très belle prestation

Une prestation de qualité avec une maison très spacieuse et jolie, propreté irréprochable. Un propriétaire d'une grande gentillesse et attentif aux besoins des locataires. La localisation est idéale car juste à environ 30min de la côte de granite rose. La piscine fait le bonheur des enfants et des plus grands. En résumé une location fortement recommandée aux futurs vacanciers. Vous ne serez pas déçu!!!

Découverte

Accueil très chaleureux , toujours à l'écoute du moindre souci. Le logement est d'une très grande propreté , nous avons bien profité de la piscine couverte et chauffée . Le gîte est situé dans un endroit très calme à proximité des commerces plages et sites magnifiques . Nous sommes tous unanimes pour dire que nous avons été très enchantés de notre séjour .

voilà une bien belle demeure, avec un grand jardin et une piscine bien agréable; En plus, le propriétaire est très prévenant tout en restant discret. Nous avons pasé de merveilleuses vacances! Le seul point négatif est l'agence (Interchalet), qui multiplie les imprécisions et les erreurs.

Splendides vacances en Bretagne

Voilà une propriété bien agréable, avec des équipements de qualité, et un propriétarire charment et efficace. Nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances. A conseiller sans réserves L'agence immobilière (Interchalet) a, par contre, beaucoup de mal à rédiger des documents corrects...., mis cela n'a pas gâché nos vacances

Magnifique maison dans un coin de paradis

Maison typique de Bretagne récemment rénovée et modernisée avec goût. La maison comprend de très belles et spacieuses pièces de vie et de nuit. Son grand atout est l'extension vitrée de la maison qui s'ouvre totalement sur la terrasse et le jardin. Elle dispose d'une très belle cuisine tout équipée et moderne. Le carport pour le stationnement de 2 voitures est un vrai plus par mauvais temps. Nous n'oublierons pas l'accueil, la gentillesse et la discression du propriétaire.

Maison de rêve dans un cadre sauvage et reposant

La maison est très moderne, avec de grands espaces, une pièce à vivre très agréable où tout est fonctionnel et confortable. Le jardin est un véritable paradis pour les enfants et les ados, avec de nombreux jeux dont certains insolites! L'environnement est très calme, au milieu de grands espaces sauvages. Les balades et centres d'intérêt autour du gîte sont nombreux, le positionnement est idéal pour rayonner. Enfin, à noter l'accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire!

Das Haus steht wundervoll ruhig gelegen auf dem Land. Vor allem die Küche mit ihren neuen Geräten besticht: alles tipptopp. Der Wasser des Pools war trotz der kühlen Wetterlage dank der Abdeckung angenehm erwärmt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfbereit, Französischkenntnisse allerdings dringend empfohlen. Das Carport steht den Feriengästen nicht zur Verfügung, da der Vermieter es im Zusammenhang mit der Kelleretage selbst nutzt. Einige Renovierungsarbeiten sind noch nicht abgeschlossen

ruhiges alleinstehendes Haus

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich u hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits in ruhiger Umgebung. Ins Dorf braucht man ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Da gibt es Bäcker, Fleischer, Fischladen, Post, Restaurants, Creperie, kleiner Einkaufsladen, Apotheke am Samstag ist ein kleiner Wochenmarkt. Wenn man Bettwäsche dazubucht, diese nicht abziehen. Wasser wird mit Nachtstrom erwärmt und es sind am Tag nur 200 Liter warmes Wasser verfügbar. Der Pool ist angenehm, da abgedeckt (leider da keine Dusche).

Superbe maison

Une très belle maison, très spacieuse pour 10 personnes, et très lumineuse où l'on se sent tous à l'aise. Nichée dans un écrin de verdure entourée d'une campagne authentique, cette maison est parfaitement située à l'écart du tumulte tout en bénéficiant de la proximité de la ville et de ses commodités. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine ainsi que les divers jeux et agencements prévus à leur égard. Nous n'oublierons également pas l'accueil, la gentillesse, la courtoisie et la discrétion du propriétaire, toujours très attentionné à l'égard de ses hôtes. En bref, un lieu de vacances idéal à recommander sans réserve pour tous ceux qui apprécient calme et confort à quelques kilomètres de la mer et de ses nombreux attraits.
