Completed in 2023, this home offers the perfect blend of traditional Breton architecture and modern comfort. With spacious living areas, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it ensures a high level of comfort—ideal for a large family or a small group of friends. The ground-floor master suite is particularly inviting, featuring a large walk-in closet. Outside, the property includes three private parking spaces, and bikes or additional gear can be stored easily in the garage. The location is peaceful yet practical: just 200 metres from the village centre, where you’ll find a charming crêperie and two traditional restaurants—perfect for lunch or dinner. Nestled between land and sea, the house is only 3.5 km from the vast natural beach of Saint-Michel-en-Grève. It’s a perfect base for exploring Brittany’s northern coast: westward to the Bay of Morlaix and the spa town of Roscoff, or eastward to the stunning Pink Granite Coast and the popular seaside resort of Perros-Guirec.

The house was large and clean and could accommodate very comfortably our family of 5. The hosts were friendly and very helpful in suggesting activities and sights to see. The location was great for exploring the area and beaches. We had a wonderful stay.

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen in Ploumilliau. Das Haus ist super schön, sauber und sehr geräumig. Es ist alles da, was man für den Alltag braucht. Bettwäsche und Handtücher kann man gegen Gebühr ausleihen. Im Ort gibt es 2 Bäcker, einen Metzger und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in Lannion, ca. 10 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Der nächste Strand ist in ca. 7 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar, es gibt aber die ganze Küste entlang wunderschöne Buchten zum Baden. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern ist sehr nett und freundlich.Danke, Sandrine und Olivier, für die tolle Zeit in eurem Haus!Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses et reposantes à Ploumilliau. La maison est superbe, propre et très spacieuse. Elle dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin au quotidien. Le linge de lit et les serviettes peuvent être loués moyennant un supplément. Le village compte deux boulangeries, une boucherie et un petit supermarché. Un grand supermarché se trouve à Lannion, à environ 10 minutes en voiture. La plage la plus proche est accessible en 7 minutes en voiture, mais il y a de magnifiques criques pour se baigner tout le long de la côte. perfektes Objekt, nicht weit von großer, sandiger Bucht entfernt. Hinweis auf französische Betten ist notwendig, falls man Bettwäsche mitbringt, sehr schmale Betten für Erwachsene.
