Ti Suzana is a spacious, detached Breton farmhouse of 170 m², bright and comfortable, situated 3 km from the beaches of Brignogan, on the Côte des Légendes.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people and is particularly suitable for holidays with family or friends, allowing you to enjoy the peace and quiet, the space, and a large, flower-filled garden with no neighbours opposite.
The house features a large, bright living room, a large traditional stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, relaxation areas, a TV/games mezzanine, and an arcade game. It offers a cosy setting for summer holidays, long weekends, off-season breaks or family moments gathered round the fire.
Outside, you can enjoy a large garden, garden furniture, a barbecue and sun loungers. Bicycles are also available: 2 adult bikes and 3 children’s bikes in different sizes.
The beaches, walking trails, Pontusval Lighthouse, Meneham and Brignogan-Plages are all within easy reach. The house is an ideal base for exploring the Côte des Légendes, the sandy beaches, rocky landscapes, local markets and seaside walks.
The price is all-inclusive: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, Wi-Fi, water, electricity and heating for normal use are included.
Pets are welcome, provided they are kept under control and do not cause any damage to the house or garden. The garden must be left clean, and pets are not allowed on the beds or sofas.
Not included: electric vehicle charging, extra cleaning due to excessive wear and tear or pets, damage, and any additional linen or cleaning requested during your stay.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is only permitted outside.
End-of-stay cleaning is included, but guests must leave the house in a normal state of use: washing up done and put away, rubbish bins taken out as instructed, fridge emptied, barbecue cleaned if used.
The fireplace may be used in accordance with the instructions provided in the house. It must be supervised at all times whilst lit.
Bicycles are provided free of charge. Guests are responsible for their use. Please check their condition before use and return them clean and tidied away.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Plage du Garo. Features include laundry facilities and an arcade/game room. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.

Tolle Unterkunft mit einem tollen Garten.

Es war alles vorhanden und super sauber. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Der Garten ist riesig und bietet viele schöne Ecken, um sich entweder Windgeschützt aber auch sonnig aufzuhalten. Tolle Pflanzen, alles sehr gepflegt... Pierre-Yves war immer erreichbar und sehr sehr nett. Die Gegend ist einfach immer wieder schön. Tolle Strände! Der Tourismus ist hier noch nicht so vorhanden, deswegen hat man oft menschenleere Strände. Märkte und kleine Dörfer sind in der Nähe. Einfach ein wundervoller Urlaub, mit sehr viel Erholung.

sejour en toute tranquilite

conforme à la présentation ; qualité de la prestation depuis la literie ,le mobilier ,le matériel de cuisine. Chauffage par le sol ,chaleur douce bien répartie. Rien n'est fait "à l'économie" Très beaux espaces de vivre ensemble .( cuisine ,salon ,salle à manger ),où l'on se sent chez soi . Belle cheminée qui fonctionnait bien ,avec du bois à volonté Excellent séjour à l'unanimité des 7 participants.. Peut-être une autre douche en bas serait un petit plus . Quelques sorties en bord de mer mais vue les tempêtes,on a apprécié la qualité de la maison .

schön renoviertes Bauernhaus in ruhiger Lage, Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen

großzügig geschnittenes Platzangebot, weitläufige Gartenanlage mit Scheune und wunderschöner Bepflanzung. Jedoch Ausstattung mit starken Gebrauchsspuren. Sofas, Sessel, sowie Sitzgelegenheiten im Obergeschoss so verschmutzt, dass man sie nicht nutzen wollte. Grundreinigung ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, bzw. nur die Toiletten waren sauber. Flächen nicht geputzt, überall waren Hundehaare, obwohl das Objekt als Hundefrei angeboten wird. Keine deutschen TV-Programme zu empfangen.

Wir wussten, dass es ruhig gelegen ist und nicht direkt am Strand liegt. Es war für uns absolut perfekt! Ein tolles Haus, bestens eingerichtet, wir konnten nach Herzenslust kochen. Extrem großes Grundstück, der Hund war glücklich. Supernette Leute, sie haben uns die Wünsche vom Mund abgelesen. Sehr geräumiges Haus, bestens geeignet für 6 Erwachsene oder 4 + 2 Kids. Eine Oase der Erholung. Bäckerei und Supermarkt im nächsten Ort (Kerlouan) oder Brigognan. Schöner Strand in Meneham. Alles auch in Fahrradweite (wir haben zwei gestellt bekommen, eigene mitbringen ist vielleicht besser). Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen, außer man will Party haben. Dann besser nach Malle... ,

Superbe / Klasse!

Très calme, il ne manque rien, très bon état, une maison soigneusement restaurée. Vollständig eingerichtet, sehr ruhig, in sehr gutem Zustand, liebevoll restauriertes Haus. Natürlich alles sauber und bequeme Betten für alle. Naturellement tous propre avec lits confortable pour tous. Bien, aucune boulangerie où marché à proximité, mais c'était clair. Mais nous avons aimé de cuisinier nous-même des menues bretonnes. Natürlich ist kein Laden in der direkten Nähe, das war klar, dafür hatten wir sehr viel Spaß, in der bestens eingerichteten Küche bretonische Gerichte zu kochen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Ce n'était pas la seule fois de notre visite...

Wunderschöner entspannter Landurlaub

Nur wenige Kilometer vom Meer entfernt, haben wir 2 Wochen in diesem alten, behutsam und liebevoll renovierten Landhaus verbracht. Es gibt dort viel Licht, viel Raum, alles ist geschmackvoll möbliert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders schön fanden wir die Kombination aus alt und neu: der Original mannshohe Kamin im Wohnzimmer, die dicken Granit Steine und dazu die moderne Fußbodenheizung und ein intelligentes Lichtsystem. Traumhaft schön ist auch der riesige, bunte Bauerngarten rund um das Haus und der romantische Innenhof mit Kletterrosen, welcher schnell zu unserem Lieblingsplatz für den Morgenkaffee avancierte. Großes Kompliment an Madame Noel, die Mutter des Hausbesitzers, die diesen Garten hegt und pflegt und uns auch sehr herzlich begrüßt und betreut hat. Sie spricht übrigens fließend Englisch. Wer in der Bretagne Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, dabei ein geschmackvolles und authentisches Umfeld schätzt, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus absolut empfehlen.

15 jours de quiétude dans un pays magnifique

J’ai passé avec ma petite famille un très agréable séjour de 15 jours dans cette maison lumineuse, confortable et spacieuse. Cette ancienne ferme magnifiquement restaurée présente de nombreux avantages : elle est isolée en pleine campagne, entourée de champs d’échalotes, le calme et le silence règnent en maître, la maison est très facile à vivre car ergonomique, moderne, arrangée avec goût, orientée sud avec une cour jardin joliment fleurie, sans vis à vis, une grande verrière et des baies vitrées laissent le soleil y pénétrer, à l’intérieur, on bénéficie d’une douce chaleur constante de 22 degré grâce à l’installation astucieuse d’une pompe à chaleur (les nuits sont fraîches sur les côtes Bretonnes !). Nous avons bénéficié d'un micro climat exceptionnel, nous avons visité des petites villes au charme tranquille, découvert une histoire locale très intéressante, une côte splendide, très découpée, dont la beauté est à couper le souffle, bordée d’extraordinaires blocs granitiques, vestiges d’une très ancienne et très haute chaîne de montagne née il y a 300 millions d’années du choc tectonique entre 2 immenses plaques continentales, avec une mer d'un bleu turquoise si intense qu’on a l’impression d’être sous des latitudes tropicales, si ce n’est que l’eau est fraîche (à peine 17 °). Tout se trouve à proximité, à moins de 4 km et je recommande vivement cette location de vacances pour qui veut se ressourcer.
