Notre maison neuve de 2023, de 150 m², vous propose le confort d’aujourd’hui en respectant l’architecture des maisons bretonnes d’autrefois.
Notre maison vous invite au bien-être et à la détente :
3 chambres, 2 salles d’eau, 1 piscine intérieure 6 m x 3 m, 3 WC pour un total de 8 couchages.
Depuis la pièce de vie, vous avez vue sur la piscine, vous pouvez, en toute tranquillité, avoir l’œil sur vos enfants.

Vous trouverez à la villa Noblessa le calme, la tranquillité, une vue dégagée sur la campagne donnant sur la baie de Goulven qui se situe à 300 m : accès privilégié à des kilomètres de plages de sable fin et à un des deux centres nautiques de la Commune. Les premiers commerces ne sont qu’à 300 m au centre de Plounéour-Trez.
Vous êtes en vacances et vous pouvez tout faire à pieds ou à vélo sur Plounéour-Brignogan-Plages.

Nous avons passé d’agréables vacances. La région est tout simplement magnifique avec tellement de lieux et de paysages à découvrir. Après une matinée de promenade à pied dans la baie nous rentrons pour la plus grande joie de tous à la location qui est juste parfaite. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien. La décoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût et donne énormément de chaleur à la maison. Les équipements sont nombreux adaptés et confortables. La cuisine est très jolie et très bien équipée. Et que dire du plus de la location : la piscine. Sécurisée et superbe avec les baies vitrées, accessible facilement depuis la maison et la salle de bain et wc juste à côté. La température est idéale et nous avons passé de très bons moments et sommes rentrés plein de souvenirs. Un grand merci pour l’accueil de Catherine et Daniel qui nous a été fait et les petites attentions à l’arrivée. Nous reviendrons très bientôt.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Die Unterkunft bietet genügend Platz für zwei Familien mit Kindern. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen für ein gemeinsames Kochen. Und der große Esstisch bietet Platz für alle. Der Pool ist wie auf den Fotos. An den Regentagen konnten sich die Kids wunderbar im Pool austoben.(Wir empfehlen nur im Poolhaus regelmäßig zu lüften, das haben wir versäumt.)Am Meer ist man zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Größere Strände sind mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich perfekt Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen, der ein super leckeres lokales Bier im Angebot hat.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter.Es war sehr erholsam, danke Daniel für die schöne Zeit in deinem Ferienhaus!

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances au mois d’Avril dans la Villa Noblessa. La villa est superbe et bien équipée. La piscine est top pour toute la famille ! De nombreuses visites et balades à faire tout près de la villa. Propriétaire très sympa, avec des petites intentions lors de notre arrivée. À réserver les yeux fermés !
