Welcome to our lovely,new and cozy apartment:)
It is located on the 5th floor in a new building /with elevator/.The apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen,two bedrooms,bathroom,hall,3 balconys one of it with nice view to the hill.Our lovely apartment is a great located next to the center,10 min by walk.Close to the Main Pedestrian street with shops,International Fair Plovdiv,Old town.Our place is good for families with children,couples,friends,solo adventurers,business travelers.

The space

The apartment is decorated with attention to every detail to enjoy your stay and to be conformable.

Bedrooms - both bedrooms have large and comfortable beds with bed linen, towels, wardrobe in the both rooms, iron with ironing board. For ladies we have hairdryer and hair streightener. There is a working place with desк in one of the bedrooms. Each room has a balcony.

Living room with open kitchen – in the living room there is comfortable couch that might be extended to be a bed, multi-channel plazma TV, air-conditioning, free high speed Wi-Fi. In the kitchen you will find a coffee machine, fridge, toaster, microwave, oven, stove, hotplates, dining table with four chairs and it is fully equipped with all you might need. There is a large terrace with a small garden with flowers that is suitable for morning coffee or a late night drink under the stars.

Bathroom – there is a shower cabin, fresh and soft towels, liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, First aid kit.

Location – the apartment has a great location. It is close to the center, 10 minutes by walk. Close to the Main Pedestrian street with shops, Old town, International Fair Plovdiv, Antic Amphitheatre, Rome stadion, Art and Craft quater “Kapana", Central Park of Plovdiv, indoor pedestrian bridge, Regatta. Next to the apartment there are coffees, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, stadiums, hospitals, pharmacys, Mall Markovo Tepe and Mall Plovdiv. Easy access to Central Railway Station and Central Bus Station. There is a public parking on the street.
