It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with stove), an open-plan fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 96 m². Wi-Fi is included, so what are you waiting for?

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, stove, sofa bed, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A laundry room
- A bathroom (with shower) and toilet

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190) and one single bed (90×190)

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful 96 m² garden, private and not enclosed, facing north-west
- A 25 m² terrace, facing north-west with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Pluguffan, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. You will benefit from the proximity of the Intermarché Pluguffan supermarket, located just opposite the accommodation.

The beaches are a 15-minute drive away (Ile Tudy).

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 3 vehicles).
