Very small Unusual but complete accommodation

This small cottage, recently fitted out (2009) in the old lean-to of a typical longère (stone walls, slate roof, 15 m2 on the ground) is suitable for 1 person or a couple in good physical condition (staircase with Japanese steps ).
He understands :
On the ground
- living room corner with flat screen and 2 seater armchair
- kitchenette (fridge, stainless steel sink, ceramic hob, table and 2 chairs) with the usual small household appliances (microwave, coffee maker, etc.) and tableware for 4 people.
-Bathroom (sink cabinet, Italian shower and wc)
On the mezzanine (miller's staircase access with Japanese steps) somewhat limited ceiling height (not suitable for people with mobility impairments)

Beautiful Rural Setting but Unsuitable for Remote Working

The property was in a beautiful rural setting but some of the facilities were falsely advertised. The WiFi was inconsistent and unsuitable for calls and there was no signal inside the property and maximum two bars in its proximity. The cooking equipment was also outdated and inefficient. The host was open to accommodate these deficiencies but they were hard to communicate due to the language barrier which is expected in the region but the advertisement specifically stated that the host would speak English. I would overall recommend the property if you're looking for a peaceful place to stay in the countryside but if good connection and comprehensive amenities are prerequisites of your stay, I would recommend searching for another property.

Annonce mensongère

Annonce libellée pour 15 m² au sol, ce qui fait effectivement petit pour un gîte mais c'est jouable, avec une mezzanine. En réalité après mesure le gîte fait effectivement 10,25m² habitables et les mesures totales intérieures ne font que 11,18m². 46% "d'erreur" cela fait beaucoup. Sinon l'accueil est agréable et le gîte bien agencé. En terme d'équipements, le grille pain ne fonctionnait pas, le sèche cheveux non plus. Impression générale : au milieu de la campagne, mais trop de gîtes au même endroit, dommage cela relève plus du commerce que de l'accueil authentique. Déçu du séjour, je ne recommanderai pas.

Très bien.

Nous avons passé un mois formidable dans cette belle région. Accueil très sympathique et décontracté. Gîte conforme le descriptif, environnement calme et verdoyant. Nombreuses sites naturels et historiques intéressants aux alentours. Belles ballades et randonnées à faire. Un grand merci pour les légumes du jardin, les oeufs frais et la bonne confiture maison!

Séjour au calme à la campagne très agréable

Très bon accueil, logement suffisant pour 2 personnes mais très limité en accessoire pour cuisiner; très bon couchage mais pas pour des personnes d'un certain age, il faut se contorsionner pour aller se coucher et de même pour se lever; et nous n'avions plus l'age pour cela, attention aux fautes dans notre site, ville recommandée et non recommendée

Vacances magnifiques !!

Nous avons été accueillies très chaleureusement par Raymonde et Charles qui nous ont donné tout un tas de conseils de visites à effectuer dans leur belle région. Leur propriété est magnifique et au calme, au coeur de la campagne bretonne. Notre lieu d'habitation était tout à fait conforme au descriptif du site, très confortable et fonctionnel. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les balades à vélo le long du Blavet. Bref, des vacances très réussies !
