The cottage offers: - On the ground floor: a living room with a dining room, lounge, and kitchen, and a separate toilet. - Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, 1 bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds (which can be converted into a 180 x 200 cm bed), a bathroom with a toilet, and an office space on the landing. You will also have access to a shared laundry room with a freezer, washing machine, dryer, and a shower room for when you return from the beach. Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture at the rear of the cottage, parking, a garden, and a lockable shed for your bicycles. The cottage is adjacent to cottage 56G17649 and is close to the owners' home. You will share the parking, laundry room, garden, and bicycle shed.
