Welcome to this lovely holiday home with a private entrance and garden! Enjoy an exceptional setting in a quiet neighborhood, while being close to all amenities and activities offered by the seaside and countryside. A large meadow adjoining the garden is also at your disposal.



The charming village of Plurien is located between Cap d'Erquy (8 km) and Cap Fréhel (5 km), both offering stunning views, and is close to the beautiful Sables d'Or les Pins beach. This house is ideal for relaxing stays! On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with open kitchen and fireplace, a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds.



You're just 200 meters from the village center: bakery, butcher, bar/tabac, organic shop, and a beautiful 12th-century church. The magnificent Sables d'Or beach is a 15-minute walk away, and supermarkets are less than 3 km away.



Local markets: Tuesdays in Pléneuf, Wednesdays in Matignon, Fridays in Plurien and Val André, Saturdays in Erquy, and Sundays in Sables d'Or. A food truck visits the village square every Thursday, and there are many restaurants in Sables d'Or offering a variety of cuisine.



Near Sables d'Or les Pins, you'll find a wide range of beaches, hiking trails, and sports activities: sailing school, bike rentals, tennis courts, horse riding, climbing, and paragliding. For golfers: Sables d'Or is 2 km away and Pléneuf Val André is 12 km away.
