This impressive yet personal building sits within the awesome self contained complex that is """"Royal William Yard"""".

The Bruce offers the perfect city water retreat. The Studio has two small single mattresses on a raised Mezzanine (so 9 steps have to be climbed on a narrow 50cm staircase and there is 1.2m height to the roof up top), a King Size bed underneath (1.8m from floor to bottom of Mezzanine) an ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette with Fridge, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster and plenty of glasses and cutlery. It sits in an impressive complex with over 10 restaurants to hand and its own cinema coming very soon. This is a unique space which is best suited to younger travellers.
