This lovely penthouse sleeps up to four guests very comfortably, with one bedroom and a large private living room with floor to ceiling windows over the pond. The master bedroom has a queen bed with French doors onto the open living room. The large front room has a sofa with trundle bed for extra guests, along with two large lounge chairs, fireplace, library, and 52” flat screen television. We do provide a pack n play and blow up mattress if needed. There is an equipped full kitchen with dining area off of front room. The full bathroom has large bathtub and vanity. The guests have a relaxing patio deck area for plenty of quiet time. There is also outside comfortable furniture to relax and take in the New England wildlife .

This pond front property offers a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views of your private beach for swimming, kayaking, and canoeing. You're a stone's throw from the Plymouth Rock, Plantation, and Plymouth Beach, along with all the restaurants and shops along the waterfront. Boston, Cape Cod, and Edaville Railroad with Thomas Land are only minutes from your doorstep. There is a walking path around an adjacent cranberry bog, along with fire pits and private patio for your outdoor pleasure.

The Penthouse is on a quiet fenced in wooded pond front property with private parking and entrance. This property offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for outdoor dining on a deck with beautiful views of your private beach. You will have your own private grill and fire pit with all the utensils needed for a cook out! There are also plenty of hiking and walking trails for your adventurous spirit.

The guests will have keys to their own entrance of the home, which walks out onto a private deck with gardens for private dining. They also have the option of taking out kayaks, canoe, and rowboat on their own private beach to make their stay enjoyable and memorable! The Conservation service put in a bird sanctuary around an old bog adjacent to Pond for your walking enjoyment. Great for dogs or just viewing the beautiful New England landscape. We have outdoor patios with fire pits for your evening camp out.

We are only a five minute ride to a train station to Boston, 10 minutes to an airport for Nantucket, and 9 minutes to a boat for Martha's Vineyard, Whale watching, and fishing charters. The Inn has private parking for guests once you arrive. There are taxi cabs (uber), trains, boats, and buses to get you anywhere!

There is a small library for your needs when it comes to Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, Hyannis, Boston, Salem, Plymouth Plantation, Plymouth Rock, Edaville, Thomas Land, etc, etc.........and I am always available for any questions!!! Reviews are available on other sites!!
