Lovely modern clean hotel, perfect for exploring the city, rooms a little on the small side but fine for a short break. Would definitely stay again. The only slight negative there was that an event on in the foyer one night which was very busy & struggled to get access to & from the main entrance, especially guests with their suitcases & dogs. Reception never informed us so we were unaware of the times to avoid.

Absolutely loved our stay. Shout out to the lady who checked us in - she knows what good customer service is! Beautifully decorated, comfortable fixtures and fittings and a clever use of space. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and this ranks in the top 10 for amenities for price paid.

Average stay

Check in was reasonably straight forward, just remember to enter your car reg into the system which we weren’t told about until we noticed a sign to the left of the lifts. Unexpected charge on check in to cover ‘damages’ I think they said, but that apparently gets refunded a few days after check out. Complementary cocktail for one was available via a voucher, can’t comment on that because we didn’t have it. Was also offered breakfast on check in, but again we’d didn’t opt for that. Room was nicely laid out, good lighting, bed was comfortable and shower was hot enough. An issue we found was that there was an unexpected and unannounced function happening, it was held at the front of the hotel in the reception/lobby. Which ment having to wade through people to get outside and the music was incredibly loud. Probably lasted until gone midnight, maybe slightly beforehand. Again, it would have been nice to have been told about it on check in. Can imagine if you were placed on the first floor, directly above the function you would have had more to complain about, especially if travelling for work and needing to sleep. We were on the third floor and more towards the far end of the reception area and could still hear the music in the distance. Overall, reasonably pleasant. It’s a three star hotel so never expected anything superior. You get what you pay for! Would we return? Maybe one day in the future but maybe we’d spend a bit more money next time and stay somewhere else.

Excellent stay as always. Staff are welcoming and go the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable. Great place to work from, plenty of spaces, lots of power points in the hotel lobby. They have lovely coffee too! I didn’t eat here so can’t comment on the food

Hotel clean, accessible for walking around the city and parking sufficient (not sure if t here would be enough spaces if full) Rooms clean, beds dreamy and towels changed daily. Outside the building, a little noisy during the early hours. Sound seems to carry. I though one member of staff a little rude when checking in. I asked him the floor number for my room and he just pointed at my room number written on the wallet handed to me. I would stay there again.

Overall the experience was very good. We requested a cot bed and this was already in the room when we checked in, however one of the long sides was partly broken so the side wasn't properly raised. They gave us another cot bed but this was too small. We appreciate their effort! We still managed with the first one by putting that side by the wall. Another downside for us was a sensor light underneath our bed. My son came to me 5 times in the night so we had this light on and off whenever he came to us! We put some pillows to cover it so we were fine. All the rest was great, very clean, a variety of food for breakfast and friendly staff!
