Paul’s place is a 3 bedroom house with a patio garden and 2 parking spaces directly outside the property.

This home is perfect for a long weekend or a longer stay if desired to explore what our city has to offer.

Perfect for families or couples & workers, this accommodation offers everything you will need for a relaxing stay in the beautiful southwest where you can explore our Dartmoor national Park or escape to the local beaches which are not far away where you will see our stunning Cornish coastline.

Our Plymouth Hoe with views of the sound and our famous Royal William Yard with many different places to indulge in food and drink, which are both a 6 minute drive away.

We also have national trust houses like Saltram House, which is a short 23 minute drive away and Cotehele House with wonderful gardens and walks which is a 38 minute drive away.
